Seekzl is a word-search app published by BnC Consulting SAS (Bits’n Coffee), Lille, France, SIREN 879 608 040, represented by Clément Sauvage. Contact: hello@bitsncoffee.fr.
These terms describe use of the game and supplement App Store distribution terms. Apple’s standard licence applies where no custom licence replaces it in the App Store. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain applicable.
Access and compatibility
Seekzl requires a device compatible with iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. No Seekzl account is required to play. Observe the age rating and restrictions shown in the App Store; use by minors should be supervised by their legal representative where required.
The installed catalogue works offline. Initial music downloads, advertising, support, iCloud and Game Center require a connection for online functions. Your carrier’s connection charges remain applicable.
Creation, Apple services and progress
Creating puzzles and definitions requires Apple Intelligence to be enabled and available in the chosen language on a compatible device. Artwork uses Image Playground when available. Generated results may be inaccurate or unsuitable; review them before saving or sharing. Seekzl is a game, not a medical tool or a guarantee of cognitive benefit.
iCloud, Handoff and Game Center depend on your Apple account, settings and Apple service availability. Synchronisation may be delayed. Keep any backups you consider necessary, particularly before changing devices or deleting data.
Advertising and rewards
Seekzl displays ads and offers rewarded videos for certain game assistance. Availability depends on factors including network access and privacy choices. A reward is granted when the video is validated; it has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
No in-app purchase or subscription is active in the version described here. Any future paid offer must state its price and conditions before purchase. Refusing advertising tracking does not remove access to the catalogue.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use Seekzl personally within the applicable licence. The app, brand, artwork, music and content are protected by their owners’ rights. Redistribution or commercial exploitation requires permission, unless permitted by law or an applicable licence.
Do not use the app to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass protections or disrupt services. Statutory exceptions, including interoperability rights, remain unaffected. You are responsible for content you choose to enter or share; sharing features do not transfer third-party rights.
Availability and liability
We may fix, update or develop Seekzl. Interruptions or errors may occur, including because of connections or third-party services. We do not promise permanent availability or entirely error-free generated content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded. Statutory consumer rights, including conformity rights for digital content and services where applicable, remain unaffected.
Privacy and ending use
The privacy notice explains data processing and available settings. Accepting these terms does not replace consent for processing that requires it.
You can stop using Seekzl and delete the app. iCloud, Game Center and data already received by providers are managed separately, as explained in the privacy notice.
Changes, applicable law and contact
Changes to these terms carry a new update date. Significant changes are communicated as required by applicable rules and cannot retrospectively remove acquired rights.
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. If a problem arises, contact us to seek an amicable solution. You retain the remedies and competent courts provided by law.
