he third edition of WWDC Community Pins is now live on Kickstarter. A collectible pin set designed by and for the Apple developer community — delivered before WWDC 2026.
Some objects, you keep.
Not because they're useful. Because they carry something. A memory you won't find on the official website — or even in any third-party shop. A reference only those who were there — in person or in spirit — will recognize. Something to pin on a jacket, a backpack, a conference lanyard, that says without a word: I was there. I care. I build things.
That's exactly what WWDC Community Pins are. And the third edition is now live on Kickstarter.
A Tradition That Started During COVID
Since 2017, Apple has distributed collectible pins to WWDC participants every year. Those small objects quickly became community symbols — traded, collected, worn proudly by Apple developers around the world.
When the conference went fully online in 2020 and 2021, that community spirit risked fading into video streams. I launched a first pin series to keep that connection alive.
Two campaigns later — 2021, 2024 — both fully funded and delivered — here's the third edition. And this year, there were good reasons to come back.
Why 2026 Deserves Its Own Collection
This isn't an ordinary year.
Apple turns 50. Half a century of products that changed the way we create, communicate, and build. A milestone worth marking.
Swift 6 is here. With all the migration pain, new concurrency paradigms, and code that no longer compiles the way it used to — but also a language that has genuinely matured. For those who live in Xcode, this is a real turning point.
Apple Intelligence is arriving for real. The promise of AI deeply integrated into Apple platforms is taking shape, and the developer community is on the front lines of exploring what it makes possible.
And then there's everything else — those references and inside jokes that only the regulars will recognize.
What's in the Collection
The full set includes at least 8 pins — with stretch goals reaching up to 12 if funding thresholds are hit.
Every pin is made in enamel, polished metal outline, clutch-backed.
Not mass merch. Objects made to last.
Designs in the base collection include:
- DuuubDuuub! — our rallying cry
- Infinite Loop Pilgrimage — for those who make the annual journey
- Swift 6 — because it's time to migrate
- Xcode Agentic Coding — who still wants to manually implement
Codable? - 26 — celebrating the current year
- Apple Intelligence — symbol of the new era
- Apple Park & Coordinates — for the geographically devoted
- A lobster surprise — celebrating the year's most-starred GitHub project, and the remarkable work of my friend Peter
The Collector Tier — Ultra-Limited Edition
Limited to 40 copies, available to those who choose it (€65). Two exclusive pins included:
Rainbow Stage — Community Edition: inspired by the iconic rainbow structure at Apple Park. Die-cut, transparent enamel, anodized metal edges. A marvel. An object for those who've seen the stage with their own eyes.
Xcode — Shiny Edition: high-polish gold plating, deep enamel blues. For the developers who know what it feels like when the build finally goes green.
Once the 40 slots are claimed, this tier closes permanently.
Add-ons
A few optional pins for those who want more:
- Team Grenouille — for my French developer friends, the frog eaters. A slightly irreverent community symbol, which feels about right.
- Apple's 50 — Orbit Edition — a spinning pin: the outer ring stays still — that's history. The center "50" rotates. Because innovation keeps moving.
- 9:41 — Keynote Moment Edition — a tribute to the moment everything changes. Inspired by Baptiste's 9:41 app, with a portion of sales going directly to him.

Why I Do This
I make these pins because I genuinely believe in them. Not as a side business project. As an object for the community, made with the same care I put into my apps.
Fifteen WWDCs under my belt (counting the two remote ones).
My first app published four days after the App Store opened.
Years of organizing community events in France and in California during conference week.
The first two editions were funded, produced, delivered. Worn on jackets in Cupertino.
This one will be too.
