Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tilzl on compatible Apple devices you own or control, under the applicable App Store rules. Apple’s standard end-user licence applies unless a specific licence is supplied through the store.
Do not redistribute the app or its assets, bypass protections, cheat in shared rankings or disrupt other players. Statutory exceptions, including permitted interoperability and private use, remain unaffected.
Access and minors
Availability, supported devices, system requirements, languages and any price are stated in the current App Store listing. Installation and online features may require an Apple Account and internet access. You bear your connection charges.
Minors must have the permission required by local law and comply with the age rating and Apple’s account rules. Parents or guardians should supervise online play, advertisements and sharing. The game offers entertainment and makes no promise of improved intelligence, memory or health.
Modes and content
Relax has no time limit, Chrono measures completion time and Blitz uses a countdown. Solo play and shared-device games can run offline. Online multiplayer requires Game Center. Relay, Mosaic and Doubles apply their own displayed rules.
Collections, difficulties, daily puzzles, archives, hints and seasonal opening dates depend on the installed version and configuration. Scores and progression are game data, not money or prizes. A solver checks the bundled puzzles against the game dictionary; report ambiguous words or mistakes to support.
Apple services
Apple operates the App Store and Game Center under its own terms. We do not control Apple accounts, outages, matchmaking availability or platform restrictions. Keep your account secure and use Apple’s controls for Game Center and purchases. Any payment, cancellation or refund follows the store process and applicable law.
Advertisements and rewards
If advertising is enabled, AdMob may offer ads and optional rewards such as hints. The app displays the conditions before you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Availability depends on consent choices, region, connectivity and the provider. A reward requires the completion recognised by the ad service; contact support if one is missing.
Ads are third-party content. Their appearance is not an endorsement by the publisher. You can access the available advertising privacy choices in the app. The current version has no active subscription or in-app purchase offer; any future paid offer must present its own price and conditions before purchase.
Exports and intellectual property
You may use the app’s export tools to share images or videos of your games for personal purposes. You choose the destination and are responsible for the information you include and the destination’s rules. Photos access is optional for saving.
The app, code, visual identity, illustrations, sounds and puzzle compilation are protected by intellectual-property rights. Sharing a game export does not transfer those rights. Fonts and third-party components retain their own licences. Obtain permission for commercial redistribution of protected assets.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or adjust the app and connected services, and interrupt them for security or technical reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted access, permanent online services or recovery of every local save. Updates, availability changes and any discontinuation remain subject to applicable obligations and consumer rights.
The date above identifies these terms. Material changes will be communicated by an appropriate means; they do not retroactively remove rights already acquired. You can stop using the app and delete it at any time.
Guarantees and remedies
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory conformity guarantees, remedies for defective digital content or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Report a problem with your device, iOS and app version, and steps to reproduce it. We will review the request and explain the available correction or remedy.
French law applies subject to the mandatory protections of your country of habitual residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved with support, you retain any applicable right to consumer mediation and to bring proceedings before the competent courts. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration on consumers.
